COST: 

The basic training course costs $160 including GST ($139.13+gst) per trainee at a public class. 
 

TIMING:

It starts at 8.30am - approx. 3.00pm in Auckland and from 9.00 am - approx. 4.00 pm in other locations.
 

ABOUT FOOD SAFE:

Our training is registered with Auckland City Council
We are an NZQA registered PTE and PTEs are recognised by Regulatory Auditors and Verifiers across New Zealand.

ONLINE TRAINING OPTIONS:
  • We provide live conference training ONLY for some companies and remote locations in New Zealand eg. Steward Island. Please note for live online conference training we verify the identity of all trainee and trainees remain in view for the entire training and assessment over Skype

  • Note: Auckland City Council does not currently accept online training where trainee ID verification is not possible live.

  • I did not receive a booking confirmation? Please re-book with accurate email and check your junk mail folder.
  • HACCP TRAINING: We offer an Introduction to HACCP training component (option 1 of 5) at only some of our basic food safety training programmes across NZ, please check online here. For other HACCP training options 2-5 we travel to you and train only at your site  to your company-specific FCP / RMP / HACCP procedures and plan.
  • QUALIFICATION TRAINING eg. Dairy Processing:   There are currently no public class for this training as our unit standard assessments are on-job specific. Trainees need to be currently working in a food company and training organised by the company to earn these vocational style skills/standards
  • INTERNAL AUDIT TRAINING -   There are currently no public class for this training as our unit standard assessments are job specific and require an assessment to your company specific Halal SOP on site. We only train food companies.
  • HALAL TRAINING -  There are currently no public class for this training as our unit standard assessments are job specific and require an assessment to your company specific Halal SOP on site. We only train food companies.
