The course was perfect! The topics were covered with precision and also tailored to all the attendees' backgrounds, which was perfect! All of that with a very good teacher Keith, who added his experience and quirky humour to it and made a course that could potentially be quite boring into a very interesting and dynamic class. I fully recommend this course to anyone starting a business or anyone needing thorough training in food safety.

I was anxious about doing this. Keith explains everything that we need to know in detail. He is fun and engaging. I felt at ease right from the start.

I feel a lot more confident preparing food for the community now. Keith shared the information in a relatable and enjoyable way.The class were from different parts of nz and different sectors of the hospitality indystry but somehow we were made to feel like a united group. I especially liked Keith's props( pretend mouse; choc bar and magic 🎩 show) I would recommend this course for everyone who works with food or eats food.

Very easy to understand with a wonderful trainer, Keith Williams , who explained everything in detail?

I was worried I'd get lost, but found the class was really easy to understand and was really lovely the way everyone was included. People from different organizations didn’t feel left out. Also i had some technical difficulties at one stage but the way Keith described and read the slides, i didn’t actually miss anything. Was an awesome day, thank you.

A great course. Keith made it really easy to follow, he added some humour into the content and always made sure we able to share and stop for any questions.

Relaxed and informative , you don’t feel pressured at all , not stressful , many opportunities to ask questions and make sure you’re on the right track .
