About The Contractor Training Certificate:

A training certificate that confirms that the contractor understands food safety and how to maintain the safety of a food premises.

This training assists companies minimise risk to food safety and standardise operating practice.

 

 The certificate holder is:

  • aware of hygiene procedures; responsibilities in a food and beverage area, including crossing into high-risk food production zones
  • aware of responsibilities with regards to product, equipment and tool safety
  • competent to undertake work in a food area.
