Really lovely tutor Keith was.He has a great personality and I learnt a lot on my training today.He kept us engaged the whole time as it was alot of information to take in.He also made it more interesting by connecting with all of us individually which was a nice touch right throughout it.Loved that he threw in some fun at the end.Thank you very much Keith!

Keith was a really engaging and personable trainer and made the course enjoyable. Because I’m heading away for super yacht work in the Med, he tailored parts of the course specific to super-yachting as well as European and American food safety standards. The course was easy to follow and had all the necessary information needed and I would highly recommend to people working in Food Service or Industry or heading away to the Med for super yachting.
